Free-standing cookers come in all shapes and sizes. You may have a cooker with a glass or ceramic top, or radiant rings.
You may have a more expensive model such as an induction, solar glow or halogen cooker. All can be easily moved out and accessed by our engineers. Most engineers can shy away from removing ceramic hobs - our expertise means that we don't.
SOME USEFUL TIPS FOR A HEALTHY FREE-STANDING COOKER!
- When cooking with sugar-based products on the hob, take care not to spill anything on the glass or ceramic top
- Do not use scourers or wire-wool based products to clean your hob, as this can damage the surface
- Always make sure the hob is completely cool before cleaning
- Avoid putting hot pans and dishes from the oven on the top of a glass or ceramic hob
