OVEN CRISIS?DON’T PANIC!

We do not give free quotations. All cancellations of appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours before, failure to do so will invoke a cancellation fee of £40.00 + VAT. On the day of the engineer visit, any work that has been quoted by our engineer will only be valid for 48 hours, due to price changes and availability of parts from our suppliers. I, the customer, have given authority to the engineer to remove and insert my appliance and therefore accept any damage caused by doing so. No refunds will be given on special orders that are in transit. Any cancellations of parts that are a special order will incur a £40 + VAT admin fee. We do not give ETAs on special orders as some parts come from overseas. All parts that have been removed from appliances will be left with the customer. All parts will be kept by the customer for 7 days prior to booking of appointments.
